Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Amsterdam.
Role: As part of their European technical support team you will support German-speaking customers on a variety of inbound calls requiring you to troubleshoot their IT issues. You will take between 30-65 calls per day that will require you to troubleshoot customer queries.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess EU citizenship and speak fluent German and English. Previous IT experience in PC applications, hardware, software, networking or other support experience is required.
