Their European Service centre is based in Amsterdam, with a team of almost 1000 employees. This European Centre is responsible for Customer advice, booking their orders and after sales services.
Role:
They are currently recruiting for native Dutch speakers for their customer service department. In this role you are responsible for dealing with incoming calls regarding products offered by the company. It is your task to provide the clients with a satisfying answer and try to sell some of their products!
Skills:
For this role you need to have a passion to explore the world, excellent communication skills attention to detail and good phone skills. Excellent spoken Dutch skills are required and you have to have a high level of English.
