Company: Our client is the worlds leading Technology companies with over 10,000 staff and customers in 100+countries. They are looking for Technical Support agents bilingual German / Polish to work in Munich
Role: As a member of their European IT Support team you will support German / English speakers IT customers on their products and technologies. You will be part of their global support team supporting clients across EMEA and providing overflow for 2ndd line support. This is a detailed IT support role within a major International company that will allow you to troubleshoot on a range of technologies.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Previous Call Centre experience or Technical Support is mandatory and a strong knowledge in IT is essential. You need to be near native German and Polish with an excellent level of English. This is not an entry level role!!!
Please note that it is mandatory to speak both languages: German and Polish in order to be considered for the role.
