Role: As a member of their customer service team you will support your market by dealing with incoming calls of customers with queries or comments. Your role will involve solving these queries within a set timeframe. You will deal with either the or Dutch/Benelux market.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of 6 months customer support experience, excellent phone manner and good communication skills. Furthermore it is important to enjoy working in a team environment and prove that you are able to cope under pressure. You are native Dutch or Flemish level with fluent English.
