Client: Our client is a leading online communications provider. They are a fast paced and aggressive company who are experience growth every year. Recently they have established their European operations in Dublin and are constantly expanding their operations!
Role: They are new looking to expand their team with on Dutch Customer Support. You will be supporting clients by phone and email regarding (technical) product issues and any other issues you might have.
Skills: The successful candidate will be native level Dutch speaker and must speak fluent English. He/She must have 1-2 previous experience in Inbound Call Center and Technical Support, excellent technical and problem solving skills as troubleshooting software, office application software, knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
