Company: Our client is a major International services company with over 5,000 staff in Europe, Middle East and Asia and �1bn in annual revenue. They are a publicly quoted company that is expanding their operation in Ireland to manage their European customer service and technical support operations. Their Dublin centre will support their Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and Greek markets.
Role: New positions exist for Dutch and Flemish Customer Service Executives. As a customer service representative you will attend and sort out queries from internal and external customers, by phone or email and use the information acquired from customer to improve the products and services of the company.
Skills: The ideal candidate will be native level speaker of Dutch and Flemish. He/She will need to demonstrate excellent written communication and documentation skills, professional phone manner and moderate computer skills. A previous experience in a call centre is a distinct advantage but is not essential.
