Company: Our client is a provider of e-commerce services with more than ten years experience in the business and tens of thousands of clients. They help their customers attracting people to use online services. They employ 1000 people in their headquarter is in the USA, across Europe and Asia.
Role: New positions have been created in the European office in the west of Ireland. They are looking for German speaking candidates for their customer support centre. Their customer support team is responsible for managing their services, product enquiries and technical support to customers around Europe. You will be dealing with the customers on the phone, by email and fax.
Skills: Ideal candidates will possess native level fluency in German. In addition experience in contact centers (customer service or technical support) is a distinct advantage. Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer application is needed. Moreover you have very good communication skills and you are a team player.
