Role: As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for the customers ensuring the most effective resolution of customer queries. These calls can be regarding technical issues as well as pre-sales calls, order management and Customer Service. This will involve 1st call resolution for the majority of customer queries and ensuring complex cases are escalated to and followed up by the correct point of contact.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Previous Call Centre experience or Technical Support is mandatory. You need to be near native Dutch and French with an excellent level of English.
