We currently have four subsidiaries based in America, Asia, Europe and South America.

Main Tasks
Working within the customer relationship team, this position would be an ideal opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales coordinator experience, looking for a customer relationship role within a young dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment. Often working independently, this role requires someone who is confident working without constant supervision. The ideal candidate will also be results driven who understands the strategic needs of the organisation in order to manage the sales coordination of the region.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Existing Customer Coordination
•Sales Order Processing, Customer maintenance and interactions.
•Support to the Regional Account Manager through effective use of sales system
New Customer Coordination - Lead Qualification
•Calls to Potential Customers
•Call database and update
•Interaction with Regional Account Manager
Scheduled Meetings with Regional Account Manager
•Discuss New and Existing issues
•In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, you may be required to perform other duties assigned by your Line Manager.

Requirements
•Excellent written and spoken English, German and French (pref)
•Experience within a sales or customer service environment
•Attention to detail, which include organizational skills, prioritization skills and time management skills
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
•Independent, self reliant and proactive
•Commercially astute
•Works well under pressure
•Excellent IT Skills and ability to use MS Office packages
•Ability to travel will hold a driving licence and have own means of transport.
•Living in close proximity to the work place
Desired
•Ability to communicate in another language (Dutch, Russian, Spanish)
4. QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
Essential
•College degree, or high school degree but with relevant experience
