My client is looking for an ISP Service Delivery Team Member (Backfill) / Team Finance
Job description:
Act as an ISP Service Delivery Team Member in a Global Team delivering service to my clinets companies using the ISP Global Solution.
Application development/problem resolution. The work requires excellent team work skills since the work in FICO area is much depending on cooperation with application ana-lysts/designers, AD resources and users.
ISP Service includes maintaining system availability, troubleshooting and solving functional and technical system problems, analyzing change requests and providing system expertise to users. Work is conducted in a global team environment following the IT processes in the company. Personal interaction takes place on a daily basis with users, other teams, suppliers, and representatives at various levels in my clients companies receiving service.
Required skills:
Minimum 3 years experience working with SAP R/3 (preferably in alignment with the ISP super user profiles).
Analyst level 2 or above
SAP skills: FI and CO. Some ABAP debugging skills and knowledge about the other modules are preferred
Previous experience in SDT work is preferred.
Knowledge about my clients business and IT processes.
Preferred educational background: Finance and Accounting

Role:
General
Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables
Report risks and issues to Global Team Lead / Core Leadership Team
Reporting in TCS and CIC, correctly and on time
Adhere to the Deliver Service Process at all times
Demonstrate flexibility as needed in service work
Service work
Give support following the Deliver Service Process.
Tasks
Resolve Issues following the issue resolution process & conclude upon agreement with business partner
Update all required and relevant Documentation
Report status on assigned issues to Global Team Lead
Continuous maintenance of overdue tickets (backlog)
Act as mailbox coordinator
Cooperation/Liaison with HP (mainly Technical Infrastructure team)
Deliver Enhancements (only applicable for Finance SDT)

End date: 28th of November
