This is a fantastic opportunity to work office hours with minimum on target earnings of £300 per week, with potential for more. The hours of work are great, being 9am -5 pm, Monday to Friday for 3 weeks and every fourth week the hours will be Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. This will be on a rotational basis.
There is also a role available, where there will be a constant backshift being Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 8pm and Friday from 9am to 4pm, with no weekend work.
The role involves making outbound calls to existing and previous customers, as well as occasional cold-calling to sell a range of services for one of the UK's best known utilities companies. With a strong focus on the quality of the customer experience and an excellent product this position requires a customer focused individual and a target driven approach.
Full training is provided, as is an excellent remuneration and incentive package. The environment is first class with on site shop, beauty salon, coffee shop and restaurant in Dennistoun, close to Glasgow City centre.
No experience is necessary, but to be successful you will have to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
* Above average communication skills
* Resilience and determination to achieve targets
* Commitment and Customer Focus
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment
* Sales ability and the skill to achieve results through selling to customers over the telephone
