Our client, a Multi-national based in Cork are looking to recruit a number of Dutch Customer Service Agent's with immediate starts.
Duties:
• Provide immediate response to sales related telephone calls, faxes, E-Mails and post from customers
• Achieve individual and contribute towards team sales target (as outlined in general commission plan)
• Build relationships with customers.
• Process all Data accordingly and in a timely manner
• Process all orders (received by telephone, fax and mail) on a timely basis
• Verify authorised payment methods
• Liaise closely with other teams with regard to deliveries, invoicing, shipping, documentation, miss-shipments and credit control issues.
• Actively work with and support team members in sharing key information to encourage higher level of understanding regarding products.
Interested Applicants will ideally be fluent English and Dutch with excellent customer service skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a pressured environment that is target driven.
