DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

Our global brands including Andrex®, Kleenex® and Huggies® are sold in more than 150 countries. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Brighton.

As one of the Customer Service team, you will satisfy all customer requirements relating to the distribution of stock and deal with any queries from customers based within France. These customers are Supermarket chains (e.g. Tesco or Asda), Pharmacies and Wholesalers (e.g. Makro, CostCo). Internal customers include transport planners, supply optimisers, demand managers, pricing and invoicing team members who are based in Brighton and Reigate and account managers based in Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting as a first point of contact for customers (phone/fax/email)
• Entering, checking and changing orders (orders coming in via system/fax/phone)
• Dealing with delivery queries
• Creating credit and debit notes related to delivery queries
• Dealing with promotions, stock shortages, product rollovers
• Regular contacts with internal customers

CANDIDATE PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should ideally be educated to A-Level Standard or equivalent

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a customer contact role is essential
• Experience within a role that requires accuracy is essential
• Experience of working with computer systems essential
• Knowledge of SAP desirable

LANGUAGES

Fluent English and French essential, good working knowledge of one of the following languages desirable: German, Swiss German, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Flemish, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish.
