Company: Our client is a major US Technology Company with annual revenues in excess of $5bn. They manage their EMEA finance, sales and IT operations from The Netherlands and are keen to hire an additional German collections team member.
Role: New positions exist for a German collections analyst professional to join their Utrecht based team. As part of their German collection analyst team you will be dealing with German speaking customers on a daily basis by telephone, email and fax. Your role will be to make sure that outstanding debts are collected on time and to manage major accounts in the German market. To reach internal targets bad debts should be kept to minimum. Moreover you will be dealing with rejected Direct Debits or cheques and arranging for payment.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak on native level German, with excellent English. In addition you will require at least one year of collections experience. A good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong numerical skills are essential for this role.
Moreover you are a good communicator, able to work in a team and target driven.
