Client: Our client is a well known and internationally recognised finance company. They offer various financial solutions to many companies in the FTSE500 from admin to cash flow management. They international operations centre in based in Dublin.
Role: You will work as part of the German credit and collections team. It is your responsibility to handle your portfolio effectively in order to achieve monthly targets. Furthermore you make sure money is collected on time and ensure bad debt is kept to a minimum. Correspondence with customers will happen on by phone or mail in order to create a positive relation.
Skills: You need to be fluent, written and spoken in German and English. Furthermore you know how to communicate with various management levels as well internal as external. You posses good analytical skills and know how to use Word and Excel. Previous experience in collections, customer service or a financial degree will be considered an advantage.
