Finnish Customer Care Consultant required for Cork based Travel Company

RESPONSIBILITIES
Position holder will primarily be responsible for handling accommodation queries for members during or prior to their vacation
Resolution of member queries and administration
Candidates will be expected to work in a self-directed manner but will receive mentor support from Team Leaders and coaches.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
At least 6 month experience in a customer service area
Fluency in Finnish & English is essential
Another European language is desirable
Strong customer services skills with the ability to influence others
A proven sales track record and customer care skills.
