I am currently seeking for a Web Trafficker for an Advertising Sales House in Munich. My client is a leading global online display advertising network with presence in the US, London, Munich and Paris. The role requires exceptional customer service ability with exposure to clients direct and media buying agencies. This is an exciting new position to be part of an established, expanding international company!
Position Summary:
The Network Operations department is responsible for the success of online advertising operations including Inventory Management and Trafficking. The ideal candidate will be technically adept with a keen sense for detail, capable of working in a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Streamline pre-sales process for online campaign execution.
•Implement pre-determined workflow processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of the ad campaign delivery.
•Work with technical account management on improving business requirements for systems improvements, scalability and automation tools.
•Help administer operating policies consistent with corporate objectives and ensure their execution.
•Manage relationships with outside vendors where required
•Serve as liaison between the Sales, Account Management, Delivery, Media Buying and Business Development departments regarding planning, prioritization, scheduling and delivery of campaigns where necessary.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to rely on staff of experts to understand pertinent information and make decisions
•Effective client management skills, using diplomacy and understanding of client needs as well as good problem solving to present best solutions
•Strong understanding of the Internet and Internet advertising.
•Must have excellent people and process management skills.
Education and/or Experience:
•2-4 years operations experience, preferably online.
•BA/BSc or relevant work experience.
•Strong technical background.
Computer Skills:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Experience with ad serving technologies, rich media and browsers.
•High level internet skills.
•Experience with HTML, JavaScript and Flash editing/problem analysis.
