Senior Finance Manager – Real Estate
My client is a is an international real estate fund manger with a number of funds and managed approx. Eur 4.5 bn of gross assets for a variety of clients. The business is constantly expanding and growing internationally. My client is offering their clients a wide range of investment styles ranging from core to opportunistic. Currently my client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager based in Munich and there will be some travelling involved to Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
•Financial reporting and auditing
•Investor Relations
•Relationship Management (external parties: accountants, tax and legal advisors)
•Corporate Finance duties
•New product development
•Supporting investors through due diligence
Your profile:
•5 years experience in real estate, accounting, financial funds
•Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
•A complete understanding of Accounting and Financial Statements (ideally a background in Accounting)
•Effective communication skills
•An existing network of contacts and strong relationship building skills
•Expertise in taxation, legal and financial
