The CRM Executive will be responsible for the successful execution of all email campaigns and will cover a range of CRM operational and account management activities. Working with a number of customers across the business, this role will be responsible for delivering email communications for manual and automated campaigns such as product track, welcome track, rewards and customer journeys.
You should speak english to native level for this role - other languages may be advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities
1. General operations and account management including:
* Setup and check all click through links in emails
* Confirm all image paths are correct
* Test all campaign output prior to execution for 20 different languages
* End-to-end ownership to ensure timely delivery of campaigns - this will require communications with the internal web team for delivery of the email assets
* Manage the sign-off of all emails with the campaign owner / territory manage
* Manage bounce back and unsubscribe lists and ensure that core systems reflect this
* Monitor marketing systems/ data feeds and work with support teams to diagnose and resolve issues
2. System administration
* Dealing with a range of (data) administration issues
3. Daily support.
* There will also be a requirement to provide support and training around the business on a daily basis.
4. Business Intelligence and Reporting
* Monitor and report on campaign results including open and click through rates
Key Performance Indicators:
* Timely delivery of campaigns to tight deadlines
* Campaign execution error rates
* Open and click through rates
* Percentage of successful email delivery
* Volume of campaigns run through the system
Delivering daily and weekly manual and automated email campaigns across the business.

* Work with CRM team on a day to day basis
* Work with other parts of the Marketing services team on a day to day basis (content, design and delivery)
