If you are crazy about sports and have a passion for web optimisation and want to join one of the fastest growing online sportsbook/poker/casino operators based in London then read on, write a cover letter and send your CV.
You will own the web optimisation programme managing the web optimisation agency (Autonomy Optimost) with responsibility for identifying, testing, analysing and disseminating the results of initiatives to improve customer experience and conversion across all territories and products.

Agency Management
You will be working closely with various country managers/territory managers across Europe therefore English fluency is essential - additional European languages are useful.
To be the right candidate you will have
Agency management experience
Extensive knowledge of Multivariate testing and other optimisation techniques with exposure to Optimost, Google Website Optimiser, Maxymiser or Omniture
Experience with managing multiple stakeholders in a complex international environment
Planning, organising and delivering experience
Strong communication skills
High motivation
Online marketing knowledge and experience
Analytical and numerical skills
The ability to solve problems
Team player experience
Degree preferred but not essential
