Role: Having users all across Europe the company had to set up a team of specialists to work closely with the development department and manage the relationship with corporate users. Mainly on the phone but also sometimes on site when required, you will troubleshoot technical issues on company’s product or assess by your expertise and experience the technical level of the user’s inquires. To reach the technical level required you will have a 3 months training on company’s product, both in-country to follow an implementation and on the phone to tackle the raising issues. The team of remote experts is small and dedicated the call structure won’t be about quantity but real quality.
Skills: Only native Dutch or native Spanish candidates will be considered for this position. At least 1 year specific experience is required in wireless network support. This is a real varied position and mandatory skills are: networking administration and wireless technology, knowledge of hardware infrastructures, operating systems and telecommunication is required. Knowledge of logistics workflow and industry would be an advantage. Aptitude for solving problems and acting on your own initiative, always seeking for the highest level of quality for the user will make of you the ideal candidate.
