Finnish Speaking Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Agent/Finnish Speaking Role/Kingston/Middlesex/£8ph-Temp-Perm immediate start.
Our client based in Kingston/Middlesex is one of the UK's leading outsourced call centres and is the number one customer care service provider in the Uk and across Europe on behalf of the biggest IT companies in the World.. Due to some fantastic campaigns we are looking for up to 8x Finnish Speaking Customer Care Advisors to work from there prestigious offices in Kingston.
This is a customer care service role and will entail dealing with companies across Finland via email, telephone, letter or fax. This is a great opportunity to join a leading blue chip client and will lead to a permanent position for the right candidates.
Too be considered for the customer service position you should have all or most of the following:
* Fluent in the Finnish
* Customer Service
* Handling inbound telephone enquires
* Excellent telephone etiquette
* Work under pressure
The successful candidates will be responsible for handling all in bound customer enquiries from Blue-chip companies in Finland.
Call Centre/Customer Service/£8ph
Working hours are Mon-Friday 8.30-5.30pm
