Team Leader - Administration - French Team (Life Insurance/Investments)

Our client is a Leading Financial Services Organisation based in Dublin

Opportunity:
As part of the new French Administration Department, you will have the opportunity to:
- Join a friendly and happy team environment.
- Lead a team who handle all client servicing & administration tasks in relation to New Business, Existing Business & commission payments and maintenance of new and existing broker accounts for the French Market.
- Take a leading role in designing, developing and implementing new processes and procedures.
- Excellent balance of Resource Management, Maintenance of Service Levels and Administration.
- Development of team members.

- High spec office, systems and equipment.

Experience:
- 2-3 years previous leadership or Senior Admin experience within Financial Services in an administration team.
- Life insurance/ investments admin experience within the cross border life sector would be a distinct advantage (Banking, Funds or other areas within insurance will also be considered)
- Fluent French & Fluent English Speaker
