Company: Our client is a leading BPO company based close to Frankfurt. They provide business solutions to their clients in order to improve their revenue and customer service and reduce their costs. More than 12,000 employees are working for this company in several locations worldwide on several areas of expertise: automotive, banking, finance and technology.
Role: The position involves advising dealers and workshops on mechanical issues regarding their cars, parts and products. You will support customers via phone, email and fax. Some of the work is diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, technical advice, evaluating warranty and goodwill claims. Contact for technical issues, mainly in the field of electrics / electronics, Interface between the automotive manufacturers and dealers.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent Swedish plus have completed an apprentice as a mechanic, electrical engineer, automotive engineer, automotive electrician or service electrician. In addition you will need hands on electrical/electronics skills in a workshop or electronic service role.
