Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Belgium.
Role: As part of the technical support team of sounds engineers and customers you will become a specialist in one of the best sounds system brand on the market. Provide high-hand technical advice and support on installation, configuration trouble-shooting and general customer inquiries. Being the reliable point of contact when in need for presales advices, investigate when malfunction of products and create a knowledge database to help the company to improve their product day after day.
Skills: Technical oriented with a good knowledge of the area of sound engineering and high-tech devices (domestic and professional). A willingness to learn about this area with good analytical and evaluation skills. Being service oriented and able to resist to stress and handle kindly customer’s complaints is mandatory. Only native German and native English will be considered for the role.
