Company: Our client is the worlds leading Technology companies with over 10,000 staff and customers in 100+countries. They are growing their support operation based in Germany and are interested in hiring a senior professional to manage their service delivery team.

Role: As a member of their senior management team you will be responsible for a team of support professionals supporting and selling to their European client base. This team are based in germany and support sales and serivces calls from customers. The operation is similar to a shared service operation and is intent on delivering increased market share through service delivery.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess detailed contact centre, shared serivce or technical support industry knowledge. 5-7 years in this sort of environment dealing with service delivery and peopel management is ideal. In addition you must be capable of managing a large team and reporting to the Senior European management team on serivce and support issues that your team is responsible for. Fluency in German and English is necessary - Italian is an advantage.
