Role: New positions exist for fluent German and Italian speakers to join their European Customer Support and corporate sales team. Your role will be to provide support to new customers via phone and email, resolve reservation queries, assist with contract renewals and to trouble shoot customer queries.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess Fluent German and Italian as welll as fluent English. In addition you will need good analytical & problem solving skills, computer literacy and negotiation skills.
