As a Graduate Sales Associate at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), you will have responsibility for contacting senior executives from Fortune 500 Companies. Sales Associates have the opportunity to establish a prospective membership pool through telephone networking and mail-based efforts, while being exposed to all aspects of CEB and gaining exposure to senior executives in the UK and continental Europe.

The Sales Associate position allows for the development of logical thinking, business-to-business communication, and problem solving skills. Individuals in the Sales Associate position will gain broad exposure to a variety of industries, fundamental business concepts, and to leading-edge business practices.

Responsibilities Include:
• Achieve a set monthly goal of scheduling business meetings for an Associate Director of Sales (AD).
• Manage a territory of prospective members using an internal database.
• Generate additional leads through external sources.
• Collaborate with the Research and Account Management departments when faced with potential cross-selling opportunities.
• Involvement with closing techniques and strategies with ADs.
• Provide administrative support to ADs.


Successful Candidates must possess:

• Ownership for exceeding performance goals.
• Results-orientated, tenacious and a solid work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Interest in developing relationships with corporate executives
• A Graduate with a high class degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong service ethic
• Ability to speak German is desirable but not a necessity
