Company: Our client is a major US Financial Services Corporation with annual revenues in excess of $5bn. They manage their EMEA customer service, finance, sales and IT operations from Dublin. Increased growth has created opportunities for motivated and driven Team Leaders to join their team.

Role: New positions exist for English and French speaking customer service Team Leaders to join their Dublin based team. As part of their EMEA customer service team you will be responsible for managing one of their customer service team. Fast growth and acquisitions has meant that the small and rapidly growing team require experienced team leaders to help them manage their customer base, service levels and general operations to ensure that customers are dealt with properly and promptly. The average team leader is responsible for a team of 5-10 people managing approx. 5,000 client accounts in a given territory. You will be the point of contact for all escalated customer service queries and will be expected to lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure they comply with process and operational requirements. Reporting into the European Customer Service Manager this is a highly visible role that will allow you exposure to new projects. Successful candidates can move into operations or team management.

Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent English or French (although fluency in German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Dutch, Flemish, Polish or Greek is an advantage). In addition you will possess detailed customer service team lead experience, collections, account management, sales or similar business to business experience. This is a detailed and challenging customer service role that requires ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, team members and customers in order to deliver the service at the desired level.
