They are dedicated to provide their client with the best level of service always keeping in mind that their main asset is their employees. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Belgium.
Role: As a member of a new pan-European team you will work on a dedicated project providing information on the European institutions. Your area of expertise will be wide and specific regarding the different aspect of the life in the EU (European laws, political organisations, European institutions, general business inquiries…). This is not a busy call centre role as a team is still building up and consists mainly in getting the right information doing your own research on-line and through the different European official information resources.
Skills: To be considered for the role you will need to be native fluent in Estonian and Finnish. Keen interest in European institutions supported by specific studies (such as European Studies or whichever other master degree including languages and European prospective) is an advantage.
