Increased growth has created a number of opportunities for motivated and driven English, Dutch, German and Finnish customer service professionals to join their team.
Role:
New positions exist for Polish and Czech customer service professionals to join their Dublin based team. As part of their EMEA customer service team you will be responsible for managing their new and existing corporate accounts in Finland and Sweden.
Skills:
The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent Polish and/or Czech. In addition you will possess detailed customer service, collections, account management, sales or similar business to business experience. This is a detailed and challenging customer service role that requires ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, team members and customers in order to deliver the service at the desired level.
