MLV2017 - the UK's first niche language jobboard - is looking for Business Development Executives to join a small team in our London offices.

Key Purpose:

You will be responsible for sales generation, account management, new business development, making B2B outbound calls to identify and  qualify leads, gaining and understanding of their recruitment requirements and providing quotes to clients.

Main responsibilities
•    Generating new sales from existing and new business
•    Conducting business to business outbound calls to create an awareness of the products/services
•    Account Management
•    Working closely with the lead generators following up on qualified leads
•    Identifying the customers recruitment strategies and plans
•    Involvement in team meetings and training
•    Attending networking events (occasional evenings) and recruitment fairs

•    Meet and exceed individual and team pre-defined call rate and revenue targets
•    Forecasting and providing regular reports to the management team
•    Undertake any other reasonable duties or participate in projects/exhibitions as required.

Person Specification:
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Highly proactive
•    Target driven
•    An understanding of the recruitment market or online advertising would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
•    Fluency in a second European language is desirable but not essential
•    English (spoken and written)  must be to native standard
