Responsibilities will entail:

  • Customer master data maintenance
  • Checking the billing processes
  • Account maintenance
  • Dunning and collection letters
  • Booking of incoming payments
  • Responding to customer queries and related department’s queries

All we require:

  • University degree
  • Fluent both in English and Dutch
  • High level of problem solving
  • 1 year in reconciliation, collections or cash application
  • Customer focused person who is willing to learn and progress
