Our client, a prestigious executive search company based in the centre of Munich, is seeking a self motivated individual to join their small team of 6 people:

Researcher/Administrator (m/f)


Responsibilities include:

Project Assistance:

-Active support of the Partners and Senior Consultants in all matters relating to a project – candidate research, initial contact, candidate interviews (initially over the phone), project coordination

-Administrative Tasks

Front Office:

- Phone service, reception of guests, guest hospitality, etc.

-Creation of candidate profiles (in German and English)

-Arrangement and coordination of appointments with candidates and clients

-Support in office organization (purchases, order management etc.)

-Database Maintenance (FileFinder):


-Continuous development considering application efficiency

-Optimization of searches etc.

Ideal candidate:

- Previous experience in research/HR/recruiting

- Attention to detail

-Independent working style

-Fluent German & English
