You will be working in Lisbon in one of the largest phone networks in Europe. Hence, this role implies that you will be working in a dynamic international team as well as you will be in charge of the relations with the customers, so it is important that you love and have some understanding of mobile technology and prove charisma and resourcefulness when dealing with the customers’ queries. Your Role: For this position as a Customer Support Agent you will need to be an excellent communicator and have a natural charisma with customers. Not only will you be solving everyday issues, you will provide a professional and informative response to all queries.
