Role:  Customer Service Representative – German Speaker 

Job Description:

• Achieve the KPI’s

• Displaying an effective, respectful and high quality service to build and maintain strong relationship with customer.

• In a prompt and adequate manner you will respond to customer queries via telephone, chat and email

• Troubleshoot, solve and recommend solutions to customers.


  • Fluency in German and English
  • Minimum level of education: High school diploma (preferably a college or university degree)
  • Minimum experience needed 1 year in a finance related position or finance related studies

• Relocation package including flight, taxi and two weeks accommodation

  •   125 monthly gross accommodation bonus
  •   100 net relocation bonus per month in voucher
