Multilingual Customer Advisor with Norwegian
Our client are releasing a new-to-market product which aims to change the face of the automotive industry. They are seeking a team of bright and diverse individuals to work in a brand new contact centre which offers a wide range of support to users throughout Europe.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Providing first-class customer service over the telephone to customers across Europe.
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a call centre speaking with distressed customers.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to keep calm in high pressured situations.
- Experience working in an emergency response environment (Desirable).
Responsible for handling inbound and conducting outbound calls to the general public in connection with services offered. The Advisor will handle all call types that vary depending on the services provided by the Advisor’s department.
