Job Description:

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers either by telephone or email.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to use Communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction, timely resolution of customer issues and drive loyalty.


  • Provide a pleasant customer service experience, via a variety of media channels (phone/email), treating each customer in a courteous manner, greeting them and answering every question pleasantly and efficiently.
  • Take ownership on all customer queries ensure that they are addressed directly or escalated to the appropriate channel
  • Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to the relevant systems


  • Fluent in German and  English
  • Experience in phone/email-based customer service or technical support will be a plus
  • Experience in maintaining detailed updates in database / customer management systems
  • Self Motivated with an attitude towards learning new skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multi-task with ease
  • Be approachable and demonstrate a ‘’CAN DO’’ attitude
  • Excellent PC Skills
