Careertrotter is looking to fill a customer service position for an international insurance provider based in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for Lovely German speakers like yourself to register and apply for this exciting job opportunity. A bit of experience in the area would be great.

What will you do in this job?

You main role as the German customer service agent is to update the clients database and assisting business customers (B2B) via email and phone. Within this job you will have to be able to deal closely with and reach targets with other departments as well as brokers and clients. It is your job to ensure 100% accuracy of the information you gather from all German speaking Correspondents and strive to deliver an excellent level of customer service to clients you talk with.

Who are we looking for?

First of all we need you to have a near native level of German and also a good level of English under your belt to be considered for this customer service job. Next it would be great if you have at least 1 year’s previous experience in Customer Service whether it be face to face with customers or over the phone either would be great. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with and works well with targets and deadlines. As you will be working for an insurance provider an eye for detail is crucial as well as being able to cope well under pressure.

Interview & Salary

The interview process is over 3 stages, two over the phone and if successful you will be asked to fly over for a face-to-face interview. Lastly you will be asked to complete an exam to test your accuracy over the computer. If you are successful you will receive a competitive salary of €25,000 with the opportunity to grow. What’s great is that the company will also help you with relocating and paperwork.
