Our client is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Support Agent to join their team
 

The Player Support Agent’s priority is to handle the day-to-day player support queries, namely: 

  • Answering customer queries via phone, email, live chat in a timely and in the highest of standards
  • Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered
  • Escalations to external and Internal departments related to customer queries
  • Contribute to the team by supporting team members in achieving team goals related to the success of the department

Formal Role Requirements 

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is considered an asset
  • Having excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Norwegian

Personal Skills and Traits

  • An eye for detail
  • Structured, organised and skilled in task-orientation and prioritization
  • Ability to work independent and as part of a team
