Global ecommerce companies are now able to sell insurance to their global audience in a centralized fashion within a global tech platform. Some of the exciting features of this service is that it uses Artificial Intelligence technology and Machine Learning technology in order to effectively tailor and present Travel Insurance policy for every travelling individual. Having partnered with some of the largest global Online Travel Agencies, policies are distributed using the relevant consumer brands.

The Role:

The ideal Candidate will be working with large e-commerce sites globally via a B2B platform as well as managing the customer-facing sites in question (B2C).


The aim and Goal of the ideal candidate will be to manage the international Sales Team ensuring sales growth, customer happiness and maintenance of company culture.

The ideal candidate will be working with fellow partner sales managers operating from Australia and the USA, call centre operations will be guided and managed in order to effectively identify and resolve problems for the preparation and execution of action plans.

The ideal Candidate will also be in charge of the entire recruitment process for the expansion of the sales members and translators including any relevant training, coaching, counselling and disciplining.

Mandatory Requirements:
*Fluency in three languages including German and English which must be fluent, third language (any other European language) can be conversational to fluent(intermediate)
*Excellent written and spoken English for business
*Strategically growing a contact centre team and managing team members with drive
*Ability to exceed sales targets
*Track record of problem solving ability
*Proven team building skills
*Lead motivate and train team members
*Ability to work in a multi cultural environment
*Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
*Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment

*Graduate degree in Business, Linguistics, computer science or similar
*Minimum 2 years Sales Management Experience preferable
