Our client in Munich, an international, worldwide well known media company, is looking for a

Senior Facilities Coordinator (m/f)

This is a permanent position with an initial 9 month temporary contract:

Your responsibilities

·         Order management – contract negotiation, invoice and payment management


·         General office management duties, including supervision of the office reparations, various installations, budget management, room planning, office communication, health and security measure in the office area, file management, reporting


·         Working closely with the department managers and the landlord of the building


·         Responsible for purchasing and deliveries


·         Front office responsibility




Your profile

·         Fluent German and English in written and spoken


·         Minimum 2 years of working experience in facilities management


·         Articulate, talkative, team-oriented, flexible and service-orientated


·         Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
