The EMEA office of a global consulting company is currently seeking a SalesForce  Coordinator to support our Business Development team.  This position will assume increasing responsibilities in the administration of the company’s system.  The position will play a key role in the management of the platform and ancillary systems.  This position is a critical point of contact for supporting users across EMEA and ensuring the accurate processing of the company’s sales reporting.  The Sales System Coordinator will also play a key role in user training and will assist management in leveraging the capabilities of the sales system.

Day to Day Assignments Include:

Data management and Campaign Support

  • Maintain the integrity of the sales system databases and application to ensure that they function as needed to support Business Identification, Business Development, Marketing and other departments
  • Oversee the data integrity of the local portfolios in the sales and marketing database
  • Help drive the proper use of the sales system as a system of record according to company standards
  • Assist in campaign preparation and management
  • Maintain correct account and portfolio assignments

User Support

  • Work with Business Identification and Business Development Managers to identify requirements to meet current needs
  • Work with IT and SFDC administrator to trouble shoot problems with system performance
  • Leverage the company’s data providers for accurate master data and correct global hierarchies. To identify potential value-add integrations for the local market
  • Assist users with their questions and understanding of global company policies
  • Help drive compliance to company policies
  • Close coordination with Sales personnel

Training and Documentation

  • Provide user training either one on one or in larger groups
  • Supplement centrally produced user and system documentation

Support in System Testing and Development

  • Assist in the testing of new CRM features
  • Work with management to develop meaningful reports from system that reflect local operating practices
  • Assist in the global roll out of new system features
  • Work with the Sales System Manager to identify new benefits derived from the Sales System
  • Work with Business Identification and Business Development to improve their work processes using the sales system
  • Close coordination with Information Technology colleagues


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, language skills: English and French or German
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment
  • Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism
  • Strong business acumen including a good sense of how CRM applications can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line
  • Knowledge of data management, data capture, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing, and security.

Location / Travel

The role is based in our office in the City, the role does not require travel.
