Hertfordshire based client seeking a fluent Spanish (and German) speaking sales administrator to join their international team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Spanish speaking administrator seeking to enhance their career.

Duties include, but are not limited to;
-Administration and confirmation of sales orders
-Supporting and liaising with staff in Spain
- Working with key accounts using their portals
- Processing customer credit requests
-Communication via email and telephone
-Working at trade shows abroad
-Key accounts arrangement
-Any other ad hoc admin roles
-Communication with warehouse staff

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience;

-Fluent Spanish is essential; German would also be preferable
-Experience of using Spanish in an administrative role is essential
-A dedicated and strong team player
-Clear communication and interpersonal skills
-Pro-active work approach and a positive can-do attitude
-Great organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
-Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
-Friendly and confident approach to work
-Good use of Excel
- Prior knowledge of EDI systems beneficial
