Hertfordshire based client seeking a fluent French (and German) speaking sales administrator to join their international team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Spanish speaking administrator seeking to enhance their career.

Duties include, but are not limited to;
-Administration and confirmation of sales orders
-Supporting and liaising with European staff abroad
-Communication via email and telephone
-Working at trade shows abroad
-Key accounts arrangement
-Any other ad hoc admin roles
-Communication with warehouse staff

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience;

-Fluent French is essential, German would also be ideal
-Experience of using French in an administrative role is essential
-A dedicated and strong team player
-Clear communication and interpersonal skills
-Pro-active work approach and a positive can-do attitude
-Great organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
-Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
-Friendly and confident approach to work
-Good use of Excel
