Euro London Appointments is working with a global automotive giant and household name on an exciting project. We are looking for multilingual candidates to join a growing international team who will be part of the future of customer service in the automotive industry.

Based in Luton, Bedfordshire (commutable distance from central London) the customer service advisor will be responsible for handling inbound calls in connection with services offered by the company. These calls range from anything in regards to finding directions and information about the vehicle, to liaising with the emergency services and breakdowns. Therefore, a cool head and the ability to remain calm under pressure is essential.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be fluent to native level in EITHER Swedish/Danish/Finnish/Norwegian
- Be fluent in English and AT LEAST ONE other European language
- Have experience in a previous customer service role
- Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Is open-minded and eager to learn new skills
- Be a problem-solver and able to remain calm under pressure
- Have an confident telephone manner and able to build rapport with customers
- Be consultative in their approach and able to multitask in a busy, multilingual environment

A first-class training programme is provided and the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package.

The salary for this role will be £22,500 per annum with an additional language allowance for extra languages.

Due to the 24/7 nature of the business, flexibility in regards to working times is required. However, part time, night shifts and weekend work is also available!
