German Speaking Customer Services Coordinator (SMJM329064)

Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum. Dependent on experience
Start: September 2016

Euro London Appointments is working exclusively with the world leader in aerospace equipment and systems. We are looking for a customer service professional with fluency in German to manage a number of accounts and to grow the sales margin within them. The successful candidate with have extensive customer service experience, enjoy working to target and possess strong administrative skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management of customer accounts: advising on stock levels, exploring new business, liaise with engineers, process orders and enquiries, giving answers to simple technical questions
- Producing quotes and submitting orders
- Handling the entire customer journey
- Assisting with credit control
- Sales support, supplying crucial information and passing leads
- Some infrequent travel to Germany may be required

- Fluent to native level in German (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in customer service and managing customer accounts (5+ years)
- Highly organised and have great attention to detail
- Very comfortable with numbers
- A strong team player
- Positive and proactive with an enthusiastic approach to their work.
