My client is based in Slough and searching for a self-motivated and proactive SSC Finance Customer Account Analyst to join their team.

Candidates considering this role must have the following skills and experience:

* Be a part or fully qualified accountant
* Have a background in analysis
* Have had experience with reconciling complex ledgers
* Have had experience with Oracle software
* Have the ability to travel occasionally around Europe
* Credit control experience would be an advantage

The following roles and responsibilities are expected within the role:

* Experience of working within an SSC or complex organisation
* Have a highly organised working style
* Be able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
* Define strategies for customer account reconciliation issues
* Resolve issues with unapplied, cash, credits and disputes
* Identify the options for resolution and confirm them with the customer and credit control analyst
