Job Description:

  • Contacting customers to obtain their feedback regarding the level of services that the client provides to these customers.
  • Record the collected data on the computer
  • Where applicable translate the feedback into English.
  • Report to the Project Manager on the progress of the work and regarding any problems with the deadlines in order to ensure that the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date.

Please note that the full training will be given in relation to the work required.

The candidate must have:

  • a good attention to detail
  • a professional approach
  • customer service experience
  • an excellent telephone manner
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (beneficial)

The candidate must be:

  • Native level speaking in the required language
  • able to translate customer’s feedback into English
  • able to multitask
  • results and target orientated
  • self- motivated

Work Pattern:

- The job could be done from home if you have a BT line

- Working hours: Usually Monday to Friday

- Permanent position


- Hours range between 8am to 7pm. Up to 25 hours per week

- Hourly pay: £7.2-£8


- Hours range between 6am to 11am. Up to 8 hours per week

- Hourly pay: £7.2-£8


- Working hours: Usually Monday to Friday, hours range between 8am to 6pm. Up to 6 hours per week

- Hourly pay: £7.2-£8
