My client, a leader in it's field is looking to hire for its' European Support Team due to internal promotions.

You will:
Provide 50/50 email and phone support to customers working to SLAs with customers
Take responsibility for the research and investigation of unresolved issues and monitor through to resolution
Manage client communication through the process
Manage system knowledge through ongoing training and development

You will need:
Fluent Dutch
Experience in customer service / support
Knowledge of windows operating systems, with word, excel and internet issues
Ability to work under pressure and to agreed targets
Great communication skills
Ability to learn troubleshooting and use common sense
